For those that need to be reminded to take a break, in order to prevent Repetitive Strain Injury, Carpal Tunnel, Occupational Overuse Syndrome, Computer Vision Syndrome and other computer-related injuries (Would I kid you?), here's some software just for you ($29.95, but you can download a FREE TRIAL version). It's from Kadmi Software and runs on the following Windows platforms: 2K, XP, 2003, Vista, and 7.
"Quality break time" is the key here. The following are certainly better creativity enhancers than smoking, eating, drinking coffee (or alcohol), or just about anything else one may do to take a break from work. These break tools are short in duration, so you don't have to worry about getting sucked into a long term endeavor (like for instance, Facebooking).
